Welcome to use the services provided by SirenAI! This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and SirenAI regarding the use of the SirenAI platform and related services. Before using SirenAI services, please read and understand the entire content of this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not register or use SirenAI services. The act of registering or using SirenAI services will be deemed that the user has fully understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Scope and Definition of the Agreement
SirenAI Services: refers to all services provided by SirenAI to users through its official website, mobile applications or other related platforms, including but not limited to artificial intelligence assistance tools, content generation services, data analysis tools, technical support, etc.
User: refers to an individual or entity that registers and uses SirenAI services through the SirenAI platform.
Account: refers to the unique identifier registered and used by the user through the SirenAI platform for accessing and using SirenAI services.
Content: refers to any text, picture, audio, video or other form of data generated, uploaded, published or stored by the user through the SirenAI service.
2. User Registration and Account Management
Registration Qualifications:
Users must be natural persons with full civil capacity, or legal persons or other organizations that are legally registered and validly existing.
Users must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering, and update the information in a timely manner when the information changes.
If the user is a minor (under 18 years old), he/she must use SirenAI services with the consent of his/her parents or legal guardians.
Account Registration:
Users must complete the registration in accordance with the registration process of the SirenAI platform and set a unique username and password.
Users should keep their account information properly and shall not disclose the account information to a third party or authorize a third party to use it.
If the user finds that the account information has been leaked or used without authorization, he/she should immediately notify SirenAI and take measures to prevent the loss from expanding.
Account Management:
Users have the right to modify their account information at any time, but they must ensure the authenticity and legality of the information.
SirenAI has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account use without prior notice if the user violates this agreement or laws and regulations.
3. Service Usage Specifications
Legal Use:
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not use SirenAI services to engage in any illegal or infringing activities.
Users shall not use SirenAI services to disseminate or store any content that is illegal, harmful, false, infringing, or violates public order and good morals.
Content Generation and Use:
The intellectual property rights of the content generated by users through SirenAI services belong to the users, but users authorize SirenAI to use the relevant content for the purpose of providing services.
Users shall ensure that the generated content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party.
Users shall bear full responsibility for the content they generate, and SirenAI shall not be responsible for the legality, accuracy or completeness of the content generated by users.
Prohibited Behavior:
Users shall not reverse engineer, decode, crack or attempt to obtain source code for the SirenAI platform or services.
Users shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the SirenAI platform by any technical means.
Users shall not use SirenAI services to carry out any form of malicious attacks, brushing or other improper behavior.
4. User Privacy and Data Protection
Privacy Policy:
SirenAI respects the privacy of users and collects, uses, stores and protects users' personal information in strict accordance with the "SirenAI Privacy Policy".
Users agree that SirenAI will process their personal information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Data Security:
SirenAI takes reasonable security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering or destruction.
Users are responsible for the data security in their accounts and take necessary measures to protect data security.
5. Intellectual Property Statement
Intellectual Property of SirenAI:
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.) of the SirenAI platform and its related services belong to SirenAI.
Users shall not use SirenAI's intellectual property without authorization, otherwise they shall bear the corresponding legal liability.
Intellectual Property of User Content:
Users have intellectual property rights to the content they generate or upload through SirenAI services, but users authorize SirenAI to use the relevant content for the purpose of providing services.
Users should ensure that their content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party.
6. Disclaimer
Availability of Services:
SirenAI will try its best to ensure the stability and availability of the Services, but does not guarantee that the Services will not be interrupted or free of defects.
SirenAI is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service interruptions or other uncontrollable factors.
Accuracy of Content:
The content provided by SirenAI is for reference only, and users should judge the accuracy and applicability of the content on their own.
SirenAI is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the user's use of the Services.
7. Liability for Breach of Contract
User Breach of Contract:
If the user violates any of the terms of this Agreement, SirenAI has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating the Service, freezing the account, and requesting compensation.
The user shall bear full responsibility for his or her breach of contract and compensate SirenAI for the losses suffered thereby.
SirenAI Breach of Contract:
If SirenAI violates any of the terms of this Agreement, the user has the right to require SirenAI to take remedial measures or compensate for the losses.
8. Changes and Termination of the Agreement
Changes to the Agreement:
SirenAI has the right to modify or supplement this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business needs, and notify users through platform announcements or other means.
If the user does not agree to the modified agreement, he/she should immediately stop using SirenAI services.
Termination of the Agreement:
The user has the right to terminate the use of SirenAI services at any time, but must complete the account cancellation process in accordance with the platform requirements.
SirenAI has the right to terminate the user's account use if the user violates this agreement or laws and regulations.
